Seattle / WA. (sc) Coffee giant Starbucks Corporation last week reported financial results for its fourth quarter as well as full fiscal 2008 results. Battle Creek / MG. (kc) Kellogg Company reported third-quarter 2008 sales growth of nine percent and earnings per share growth of 17 percent driven by strong underlying business momentum. Reported net earnings for the quarter were 342 million USD, a twelve percent increase over last year´s 305 million USD.
Canton / MA. (dd) Dunkin´ Donuts opened its first shop in Shanghai. The company has to date secured agreements to open a total of 150 shops in Mainland China over the next ten years, and expects to sign additional commitments for expansion in other regions of China in the near future.
