Tokyo / JP. (aci) Ajinomoto Company Incorporated, a worldwide leader in amino acids, pharmaceuticals, high-quality seasonings, processed foods, beverages, and specialty chemicals, in May gave an overview of consolidated financial results of the Company for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019. The Company reported approximately 50 percent year-on-year decrease in profit attributable to owners of the parent company due to recording impairment losses on investments and goodwill related to group companies in the international food products business and other factors.
