Hostess Brands: Announces Closing of Public Offering

Kansas City / MO. (twnk) Hostess Brands Inc., one of the largest manufacturers and marketers of sweet baked goods in the United States including «Twinkies», «Ding Dongs», «Ho Hos», «Donettes» and a variety of new and classic treats, announced the closing of a public offering of 12 million shares of its Class A common stock, at USD 14.00 per share, by C. Dean Metropoulos, the Company’s Chairman, and entities controlled by him. The Company did not issue shares in the offering and did not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders in this offering. Morgan Stanley + Co. LLC acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
