Middleby Corporation: Acquires Synesso

Elgin / IL. (tmc) The Middleby Corporation, a leading worldwide manufacturer of equipment for the commercial foodservice, food processing, and residential kitchen industries, announced the acquisition of Seattle-based Synesso, a designer and manufacturer of semi-automatic espresso machines for the commercial market. The company has quickly grown to USD 10 million in revenues.
