Stockholm / SE. (fab) Frill Holding AB (publ) has completed the name change to Fuud AB (publ). The name change was decided at the company’s annual general meeting on June 22, 2021. The company is still listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market but is now registered under the name «Fuud» with the new short name Fuud. The company has also launched a new group website and graphic profile at fuudunited.com. «During the spring, we have made a number of acquisitions and our new name Fuud better symbolizes the new strategy we have implemented. The name Fuud together with our tagline «Functional Food United» stands for the community and the combined strength that all these highly interesting brands have together in our common organization. Our journey towards becoming the Nordics’ leading company in Functional Foods has only just begun and I am really looking forward to continuing to develop all the brands we now have in our portfolio,» comments Peter Blom, CEO of Fuud, the change.
