Zurich / CH. (aag) Swiss-Irish Aryzta AG has issued its Invitation for its 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 15 December 2020 in Schlieren, Switzerland. Based on Article 27 of the Ordinance 3 issued by the Swiss Federal Council on measures to combat the coronavirus (Covid-19) of 19 June 2020, the Board of Directors decided that shareholders may exercise their rights at the Annual General Meeting exclusively through the Independent Proxy Representative. On-site physical attendance by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting will not be possible. The agenda items and proposals are as set out in the Invitation.
