Zurich / CH. (aag) Swiss-Irish Aryzta AG announced on November 11 that the Board of Directors has decided to propose the elelection of Gordon Hardie, Jörg Riboni and Helène Weber-Dubi as members of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 15 December 2020.
Aryzta has previously communicated that the Board of Directors has decided to propose the re-election of Urs Jordi as member and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Luisa Delgado and Heiner Kamps as members of the Board of Directors at the AGM.
On November 03, Aryzta communicated that Lodbrok Capital LLP had proposed the re-election of Alejandro Legarda Zaragüeta as member of the Board of Directors and the election of two new board members, Gordon Hardie and Jörg Riboni.
The invitation to the Annual General Meeting with all agenda items and proposals will be published in due course.
