Castel d’Azzano / IT. (bg) Bauli S.P.A., an Italy-based producer of bakery and confectionary products, has acquired the Motta and Alemagna brands from Nestle S.A., a Switzerland-based nutrition, health and wellness company. Bauly Group is a family owned company since 1922. On its website the Group advises the following key figures: «Total sales for 280 million Euro, total factory area of 420’000 square metres, 54’000 square metres of which used as central warehouses at production sites, an average total of 1’214 employees, four production factories, 31 production lines, and 27 distribution centres».
