Minsk / BY. (ami) As of the morning of August 20, grain production of agricultural organizations of Belarus totaled 7,17 million tonnes, with the average yield of 38,45 centner per hectare, declared the Ministry of agriculture and Food. Agrarians harvested grains and leguminous plants (without maize) throughout 1,87 million hectares or 81 percent of harvesting areas. Agricultural economies of Grodno oblast showed the highest index of grain yield – 46,1 centner per hectare (source: agrimarket.info).
