Brinker International Names Chief People Officer

Dallas / TX. (bi) Brinker International Inc., a recognized leader in casual dining, announced that Rick Badgley has been named Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer, effective July 18, 2016. Badgley brings extensive global hospitality and retail experience to Brinker, having held leadership positions at TOMS, Starbucks Corporation and Wyndham Worldwide. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Talent Management and Retail for TOMS. In this role, Badgley was responsible for all aspects of talent globally, which ranged from recruitment to talent and succession planning to employee experience, as well as, TOM’s brick and mortar strategy, which included the construction, design, experience and operations of new stores globally. Prior to that, Badgley served as Vice President of Global Staffing and Learning for Starbucks Corporation where he led functional training, leadership development, organizational development, recruitment technology, selection methodology, talent acquisition and workforce planning. «When guests walk into a Chili’s or Maggiano’s restaurant, they know our passion for making them feel special.
