Daelmans Group: Acquires Fabulous Bakin’ Boys

Nieuwkuijk / NL. (dg) Dutch Daelmans Group has acquired the Fabulous Bakin´ Boys, based in Witney, Oxfordshire. The British baked goods supplier produces flapjacks, muffins and cupcakes for the grocery sector. Daelmans produces cakes and pastries for several Dutch and international private labels. Headquartered in Nieuwkuijk, the Group has offices in the United States and United Kingdom. Daelmans is the national market leader in coconut pastry and speculaas biscuits and worldwide market leader in stroopwafels (caramel waffles). Daelmans said the acquisition will help to develop its own portfolio and to realise growth ambitions in Europe. The 100 staff of Fabulous Bakin´ Boys will be retained under the new ownership.
