Amsterdam / NL. (ffg) Egeria Group and 3i Group PLC have reached agreement on the sale of Dutch Bakery, a leading bakery group specialised in home bake-off bread and snack products. Closing is expected to take place in October, subject to approval of the antitrust authorities.
