Dusseldorf / DE. (ghm) The World Market for Baking – iba 2009 – takes place from 03 to 09 October. A varied supporting programme will be on offer at the international trade fair in Dusseldorf. Organizer is the GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen mbH in Munich. Of particular interest are the factory tours, which will give fair visitors from abroad in particular an insight into the expertise of German bakeries. This programme will be supplemented by visitor events in the Bäckerfachschule college Olpe. Here, you can decide for yourself which aspects of the German art of baking you would like to find out more about. The «iba Cup» baking competition will also be taking place, promoting the exchange of ideas between the various baking cultures. More information will be available soon.
