Stockholm / SE. (ica) Jan-Erik Hellman has been named as new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ICA Real Estate. He joins the Gruppen from Vasakronan AB, where Hellman has held various senior positions, most recently as Head of Investments + Projects. «Jan-Erik has a solid record of experience with strategic property development. He has held many leadership roles in the real estate sector, where he has worked across a broad spectrum with deals, projects and facility management. Jan-Erik started out his career in the real estate business with ICA and will now be returning as CEO of our real estate company. Building relationships and inspiring confidence are a couple of Jan-Erik’s strengths, and it is a pleasure to welcome him back to ICA,» says Nina Jönsson, CEO of Sweden’s ICA Gruppen AB.
