Stockholm / SE. (ica) Fredrik Lagercrantz has been appointed as new CFO of Sweden’s ICA Gruppen AB. Fredrik will be joining ICA Gruppen from Attendo, where he has been CFO since 2018. Prior to this he was responsible for, among other things, business control at Swedish Match for eight years. Fredrik will be a member of the ICA Gruppen Management Team and will assume his position on 04 July 2023.

An important part of his work going forward will involve leading cooperation between all parts of the organisation as well as with boards of directors. Fredrik has the leadership qualities required to lead the finance function at ICA Gruppen. I am very happy that Fredrik has agreed to join us,» comments Nina Jönsson, CEO of ICA Gruppen.

Lagercrantz succeeds Sven Lindskog, who previously announced that he will leave ICA by summer 2023.
