Aliso Viejo / CA. (jr) Johnny Rockets restaurant chain welcomes the community to its new restaurant in Nicosia, Cyprus. The chain is known for its fresh, cooked-to-order burgers, sandwiches, salads and hand-spun shakes. «We are excited to bring the brand to Nicosia», said Daghan Akari, franchise owner of the Nicosia Johnny Rockets. «There is currently no full-service, dine-in restaurant offering American fare in our country». The Nicosia location will serve as the flagship restaurant, as Akari plans to open three additional Johnny Rockets in Cyprus over the next two years and recently became the new owner of the restaurant in Famagusta. The Nicosia location is approximately 4’300 square feet and has 56 employees.
