Kellogg: Publishes Fifth Diversity + Inclusion Report

Battle Creek / MG. (kc) Kellogg Company issued its fifth annual Diversity + Inclusion (D+I) report, Features, which details the company´s efforts toward strengthening its diversity and becoming a more inclusive organization. «With greater diversity throughout Kellogg, we can encourage the sharing of richer, broader ideas that can lead to exciting, innovations», said John Bryant, Kellogg Company President and CEO. «Diversity helps to ensure that we understand and deliver what our consumers want and our stakeholders demand». Along with highlighting the company´s diversity and inclusion strategy, Features spotlights the unique talents, skills and insights that every employee and supplier contributes to help Kellogg bring the foods and brands that matter to our diverse consumers. In the report, you will find details about the recently-launched Kellogg Executive Cross-Cultural Mentoring program that matches members of the company´s Global Leadership Team with other senior leaders of a different gender, race, or cultural background.
