Kilchberg / CH. (ls) Chocoladefabriken Lindt + Sprüngli AG announced that the Board of Directors appointed Dr Jennifer Picenoni as new member to the Group Management. As of January 2020, Jennifer Picenoni joined the Group Management in her function as Group General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
Dr Jennifer Picenoni joined Lindt + Sprüngli in 2007 as Senior Legal Counsel. As Group General Counsel, she has been leading the company’s global Legal + IP affairs and compliance operation since 2014. Beginning of 2017, Jennifer Picenoni took over further responsibility with her nomination as Corporate Secretary.
The new composition of the Lindt + Sprüngli’s leadership team is setting the course for continued success and ensures at the same time the stability, which is important for the Group as a whole. In appreciation of her outstanding contribution to the company, the Board of Directors would like to congratulate Jennifer Picenoni on her appointment and wishes the entire Group Management continued success.
