Once the Swiss Competition Commission has given its approval, Marché concession gastronomy is to be gradually integrated as an independent subsidiary into the Coop Group during 2014. Coop intends to continue operating all the newly acquired businesses under the well-known brands Marché and Cindy´s Diner. Customers will enjoy the same products and services. There will be no changes for the 900 employees of Marché Restaurants Schweiz AG.
