Norway: New EVP and CFO at Orkla ASA

Oslo / NO. (ok) Harald Ullevoldsæter has been appointed new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Norway’s Orkla ASA, effective 01 March 2020. He will succeed Jens Bjørn Staff, who is to become CEO of Skagerak Energi.

Harald Ullevoldsæter (56) returned to Orkla earlier this year, after having served as Chief Financial Officer of Nortura SA since 2014. From 1996 to 2014, Ullevoldsæter worked at Orkla, where he held a number of executive finance positions, including that of Finance Director and member of the management team of Orkla Brands and Orkla Brands Nordic. Ullevoldsæter also worked as a financial analyst in DNB Markets for nine years. He has an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School.

Ullevoldsæter will succeed Jens Bjørn Staff (52), who has served as Executive VP and CFO at Orkla since 2014. Staff has decided to resign from his position to become Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Skagerak Energi, which has a turnover of approximately NOK 3 billion and around 630 employees and is headquartered in Porsgrunn, Norway. He will take up the position by 1 June 2020.
