Premier Foods: completes Knighton joint venture

London / UK. (pf) British Premier Foods PLC announced in June that, in line with its strategy to maximise value and efficiencies from its Grocery infrastructure, it has reached a conditional agreement with Specialty Powders Holding Limited on a stand-alone joint venture to process and pack powdered beverages and desserts at Premier Foods´ Knighton facility in Staffordshire (see b:eu on 2014-06-19). Now the group confirmed that it has completed the joint transaction. The joint venture will trade under the name of Knighton Foods.
