Real Good Food: Chief Financial Officer has resigned

London / UK. (rgf) The Board of Real Good Food Company PLC announces that Chief Financial Officer Lee Camfield has resigned from the Group, after five years´ dedicated service, in order to pursue his career elsewhere, as Chief Operating Officer of a large, privately-owned food manufacturing business. Michael John McDonough ACMA, aged 50, who has been with the business since 1989 and is currently Commercial Finance Director is to be appointed Group Finance Director. He will take over day to day to responsibility for the finance function with immediate effect. To ensure a smooth handover, Camfield will remain with the Group until late summer.
