SSP: debuts new fresh-to-go concept »Soul + Grain«

London / UK. (ssp) British SSP Group PLC, a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations worldwide, has added a new fresh-to-go concept to its portfolio with the opening of Soul + Grain at London’s Victoria station (Editor’s note: The concept is probably based on former »Soul Grain Granola LLC« – a Limited-Liability Company from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA, incorporated 2008, inactive since 2020).

Soul + Grain offers a balanced range of products with a great selection of indulgent classics as well as a variety of vegan, vegetarian and nutritionally balanced options. The range of healthy-option products are displayed with nutritional information, highlighting low fat, high protein, a source of fibre et cetera, so that customers can make more informed choices.

In addition to great tasting food, SSP has partnered with UK-based Extract Coffee Roasters, bringing customers the opportunity to taste an ethically sourced artisan coffee made by highly trained baristas. Extract Coffee Roasters was recently named Best All-Round Speciality Coffee Roaster at the UK Coffee Awards 2022 announced at the London Coffee Festival.
