ADM: Announces Management Changes

Decatur / IL. (adm) Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) announced two management appointments. Gary Towne has been named vice president, ADM Corn Processing. Towne previously served as chairman of the Management Board of Alfred C. Toepfer International G.m.b.H. (ACTI), a global grain merchandising company of which ADM owns 80 percent. Domingo Lastra, previously vice president, Business Growth for ADM, has been named chairman of the Management Board of ACTI. Lastra also previously served as president, ADM South America. Both appointments are effective November 05, 2012.
