Elgin / IL. (tmc) The Middleby Corporation, a leading worldwide manufacturer of equipment for the commercial foodservice, food processing, and residential kitchen industries, announced the acquisition of Imperial Commercial Cooking Equipment. Based in Corona, California, the company manufactures ranges, fryers, ovens, counter-top equipment and other specialty cooking products for the commercial kitchen. Imperial has annual revenues of approximately USD 40 million.
