Zurich / CH. (aag) At its meeting on 03 November, the Board of Directors of Swiss Aryzta AG appointed Heiner Kamps as the new Lead Independent Director. He takes over from Jörg Riboni, who has asked the Board of Directors to relieve him of his duties as LID. In addition, Jörg Riboni has informed the Board of Directors that he will not stand for re-election in the spring. The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Jörg Riboni for his valuable services to the Group. Since 2020, he has made a significant contribution to the recovery of the Group, including as Chair of the Audit Committee.
On 08 November the Aryzta AG Board has accepted the resignations of Jörg Riboni and Gordon Hardie from the company’s Board with immediate effect. The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank both Jörg Riboni and Gordon Hardie for their services to the bakery group.
