(bmi) BakeMark USA LLC announced that Gary Schmidt has decided to step down as President and CEO of BakeMark and pursue other opportunities. «We want to thank Gary for the hard work and contribution that has been made during Gary’s time with the company. BakeMark is and always will be committed to the success of its customers, colleagues and stakeholders», it says in the exceptionally thin note. Effective immediately, Jim Parker, Chairman, will assume the role of President and CEO for BakeMark, in addition to his role as Chairman.
